Hindi Bhashan Pratiyogita

January 24, 2012 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

Hindi is one of the most spoken languages in all 7 Continents, specially considering India the country who invented the language. In a way by having the “Hindi Bhashan pratiyogita” we wanted all our students from India and across the world to know the importance of this and use the national language to express their views.
Students from MYP 1 to the senior DP andA Level  students,  all were a part of it.
They were all given a range of options to choose from and speak on.
Every student prepared to their utmost potential which matched our expectations and their views were highly appreciated. We all thoroughly enjoyed the speeches and applauded at  how the realistic topics were brought to life from what the students had to say. The enthusiastic participation and sincerity of the students left us all ecstatic.

Makar Sankranti Celebration

January 21, 2012 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

On 12th January the students of MYP 1 presented a beautiful dance drama through which they wanted to convey the message how Makar Sankranti is celebrated throughout India in various forms. The main idea behind this celebration is to exchange sweets of different forms with each other so that we can talk sweetly and be good to each other. This assembly presentation helped the students from other countries to have a better overview of our Indian culture.

Welcome to the edublog of Choithram International. This blog has been created to share  the rich experiences that our students gain from the regular activities and events happening here. Participation in all the inter house events or morning assemblies or an exhibition is a fun for not only the students but also for the teachers, where we work at a common platform and learn from each other. For us every student is important and we believe that each student deserves the best. Being the only IB school in Madhya Pradesh and one of the four IB World schools in India, our every day revolves around the IB Mission and philosophy. We try to inculcate the attributes of the learner profile not only amongst the students but also amongst ourselves. This reflects in our daily work pattern and the healthy relation that we share with our colleagues. For us learning from each other and working as a team is very important.

We wish all the best to all our houses members for their upcoming events. do remember

“Win as if you were used to it,lose as if you enjoyed it for a change. If you’re not making mistakes, you’re not taking risks. and that means you’re not going anywhere. The key is to make mistakes faster than the competition, so you have more changes to learn and win.”
